Unilever Launched New Natural Skin Care Brand

Unilever EAC Myanmar launched Citra, a new skin care brand, in Sule Shangri-la on October 11. The launch of Citra will offer local consumers a range of body lotions and soap bars which are made from natural ingredients. Citra’s star product line is the Citra Natural White UV Aura Thanakha body lotion and soap bar for bright and glowing skin. Aside from Citra Thanakha range, Citra Sakura body lotion, soap bars and Papaya Scrub soap bar have also been launched.

“We are pleased to bring South East Asia’s leading natural brand, Citra, for our consumers in Myanmar. The weather in Myanmar can vary from harsh sun in the summer to cool dry winters, so we want to bring a brand designed for South East Asian weather. Citra products feature well-known and trusted natural ingredients like Thanakha, Tamarind, Sakura, Rice Milk, which we believe consumers will enjoy using,” said Nipun Talwar, Personal Care Marketing Director of Unilever EAC Myanmar.
