Ooredoo Myanmar is delighted to announce that, once again, the company has been officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ by independent analysts at Great Place to Work® Institute, Singapore. This certification is entirely based on the feedback of all employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace culture and experience.
This is the second consecutive year that Ooredoo Myanmar has been recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute, making it the first and only company in Myanmar to achieve this prestigious certification. The result shows 82% of employees believe Ooredoo Myanmar is a great workplace, with high regards to the company’s inclusive culture, career ladder, rewards and recognition, transparent communications, and learning opportunities. The latter also indicates 7 out of 10 employees see Ooredoo Myanmar is a great place to learn and grow.
