Ooredoo Continues to Ramp Up 4G Network Expanison

Ooredoo Myanmar announced on January 18, 2018 an important milestone in its 4G Plus network expansion which now offers the strongest and widest 4G coverage in Myanmar.

As the first operator to offer a 4G network in Myanmar, Ooredoo has continued to expand the reach of its 4G network in Myanmar, bringing coverage to 200 townships in Myanmar. This significant network expanison means that two thirds of the nation’s townships can now enjoy the personal and business opportunities opened up by high speed internet connectivity

We want our customers to be able to enjoy the best of the internet in a way that is personal and unique to them.” Recently it adapted Ooredoo SIMs, which are now compatible in any device and in addition to making the service more widely available the Ooredoo team continues to work tirelessly to offer better, stronger coverage with superfast speeds. Through these efforts, Ooredoo hopes to meet ever-growing customer appetite for data in today’s increasingly digital world. Ooredoo recently made an additional investment to acquire an extra 10MHz spectrum in 1800MHz frequency band to speed up the experience available for its customers.
