Ooredoo Myanmar confirmed the appointment of Vikram Sinha as Chief Executive Officer of Ooredoo Myanmar. Vikram has almost 20 years of experience in the telecom sector and has been leading Ooredoo Myanmar since August 2017 in the capacity of Acting CEO. Vikram has served Ooredoo Group since May 2014. Prior to joining Ooredoo Myanmar, he was CEO at Ooredoo Maldives, one of the best performing of the 17 international operations of the Ooredoo Group. Vikram has more than 18 years’ experience in senior leadership teams, across several continents, and brings with him a wealth of leadership skills. His previous experience includes senior marketing and sales roles for Airtel and Coca Cola in India and Africa. Vikram Sinha said, “I am excited to continue my service as CEO of Ooredoo Myanmar. In the past four months we have achieved a lot, celebrating successful milestones such as Ooredoo’s 4G network having the fastest and widest 4G coverage in Myanmar.”
