Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd has launched the portable water plant for the residents in Pun Hlaing Golf Estate on 16th of May 2015. The plant is supplied by Singapore-based Hyflux, an international water solutions provider. This made Pun Hlaing Golf Estate the first real estate development in the country with own Hyflux water treatment plant. Kristal Ultrafiltration Technology and brackish water reverse osmosis technology were applied in the plant with a capacity of 1,000 m3 to 2,500 m3 per day.

Yoma Strategic has also started sales for 30 semi-detached residences called Lotus Garden Place Villas that is a part of three Lotus-branded developments in the Pun Hlaing Golf Estate among two stages are expected to be completed in 2015. The sup- plier of this new water plant, Hyflux is head- quartered and listed in Singapore managing its projects in China, India, North Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia. One of Hy- flux’s notable projects include the first water recycling plant in Singapore and some of the world’s largest SWRO desalination plants in China and Algeria.
