Ooredoo Opens New Contact Center in Mandalay

Ooredoo Myanmar officially opened new Contact center in Mandalay. It is first contact center of Ooredoo for Mandalay region. The new contact center is supplied with a contract center for contact center champions, training room for staff, staff recreation area combined with a library. It aims to provide the best service to its close 9 million customers. Mandalay contact center employs around 300 people in Mandalay region from all levels including customers, team leaders and managers.

Philip Joseph, Chief Customer Experience Officer of Ooredoo Myanmar said, “We have invested over 1.7 billion Kyats for building, renovating and installing an advanced facility for a world-class Contact Centre to serve our customers. We are also very proud to have 100% Myanmar nationals across all levels in the contact center serving our customers. We are very proud to say we are “For Myanmar, By Myanmar” and this shows our commitment to develop and transfer the skills and knowledge to the people of Myanmar in this relatively new industry of Customer Experience. The contact center provides 24/7 customer services for our customers and also handles social care for Facebook and segmented services for our high value customers, Business Partners (Dealers) and Ooredoo Franchise Stores”.

Currently, Ooredoo provide “Free for All” service which customer can enjoy Free Viber, BeeTalk and Ooredoo to Ooredoo Calls. When you top up and you will get free Ooredoo to Ooredoo call 50 minutes per day and free Viber and BeeTalk of 150MB per day.
