The official launch of Myanmar’s first KFC fast food restaurant was held on 7 July. Ted Stedem, Managing Director of KFC Restaurants Asia Pte Ltd and Serge Pun, Executive Chairman Yoma Strategic Holdings (Local franchisee of KFC) and other honorable guests attended this ceremony. JR Ching, Chief Financial Officer of Yoma Strategic and Managing Director of KFC Myanmar said “We hope that all people who love delicious food will come and eat at Myanmar’s very first KFC restaurant. All our food will be prepared with the freshest in- gredients and shared in hearty and generous portions just as Colonel Sanders did when he founded KFC. We also promise to offer meals to accessible prices so that everyone can enjoy the great taste of KFC food. “The restaurant, located in downtown of Yangon at IMA Building 375, Bogyoke Aung San Road, opposite the famous Bogyoke Aung San Market, occupies two-story of the build- ing and can seat up to 240 people.
