Romacorp, the brand’s owner from the US, has teamed up with local franchise partner Apex Food and Beverage to bring the Tony Tony Roma at Strand Square Roma’s brand to Myanmar. Kyaw Soe Win, Managing Director of APEX Foods and Beverages, dined in an American casual dining restaurant abroad and was awed by the standards and quality of the products and service. Mr. Kyaw Soe Win decided to open the same restaurant here to showcase quality, at a different level, at affordable prices, as compared to the local norms.

The first Tony Roma’s opened at Sayarsan Road, Bahan Township earlier this year in Myanmar and the response from the local consumer to food and beverages has been tremendous.
