Myanmar exported 1.5 million tons of rice during the transitional sixmonth fiscal year that they will reach the target of four million tons of rice export by 2020 according to the Ministry of Commence. “Since we have managed to exceed our expectation on rice exports, we hope that we will be able to export more than our target in 2020,” said Khin Maung Lwin, Parliament Secretary of Ministry of Commence.
