LINE launches its Free Messaging Application in Myanmar

LINE, a mobile messaging applica- tion, finally hits Myanmar with exciting features including cute and fun stickers.

Since its first release in 2011, LINE offers free messages, voice calls, video calls and group chat locally and internationally, while integrating various social elements in its features such as stickers, Home & Timeline and numerous LINE family apps, including LINE game and LINE camera, making it a “Smartphone Life Platform”.

LINE provides fun stickers that allow users to express their emotions more freely and vividly with its variety of characters such as Brown, Cony, Moon & James and their dis- tinctive personalities.

“Hidden Chat” feature is offered by LINE in certain regions, which differs from standard chats in that senders can select a limited time frame after which sent messages and data are deleted automatically.

LINE PLUS Corporation, the world’s lead- ing mobile platform innovator, is a joint venture between Naver Corporation and LINE Corporation. LINE PlUS services LINE and its family applications to bring to- gether an innovative mobile messaging tool and new communication lifestyle.

LINE has proven to be very popular in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan and Spain. It is available for almost all kinds of smartphones as well as PCs and tablets and supports a wide range of OS such as iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows, Nokia Asha and Firefox OS. LINE PLUS Corporation is located in Seoul in Korea.
