The launch of sales for KrisPLAZA, a new US$24 million residential and commercial development in Nay Pyi Taw, was announced by LSC-FMI Co., Ltd, the first strategic joint venture between First Myanmar Investment Co., Ltd. (FMI)
and Lighting Specialist Co., Ltd.
KrisPLAZA aims to attract interested home- buyers and corporate executives seeking to establish a base for home and work in Nay Pyi Taw and investors seeking high rental returns.
Sales in Yangon are scheduled to launch at new NOVOTEL Hotel on 20th to 22nd March from 10am to 6pm. In Nay Pyi Taw, sales launch will be held at a new Sales Gal- lery with elegant model suite, located close to KrisPLAZA on 8th May. Following Thing- yan, sales will begin at the new KrisPLAZA Sales Gallery in Nay Pyi Taw.
KrisPLAZA, the first high-end apartment complex in Nay Pyi Taw is located in Zabu Thiri Township, and it will extent 1.25 acres of prime land in the nation’s capital. The two-tower, 10-storey development will include 114 apartments, a basement car park, swimming pool, retail plaza and Yoma Bank’s new regional headquarters. The de- velopment is located close to government and ministerial offices, neighboring the Jade Museum, golf courses, the hotel zone, the famous Tha Pyay Gone Market and three Hospitals.
Construction for KrisPLAZA is scheduled to commence March 2015 with completion earmarked for the third quarter of 2016. There is a waitlist of over 60 interested buy- ers who will be invited on a priority regis- tration basis to visit the opening weekend of sales in Yangon at present, according to the report.
