Capital Development Limited (CDL) together with sister company; Cap- ital Construction Limited, completed the first phase of two condominium towers on over 12 acres between Pyay Road and Insein Road. The project covers four 21-storied condominium units and CDL celebrated its completion of the first two towers on 6th March.
U Tin Maung Win, Managing Director of Capital Construction Limited and Director of CDL said at the event, “ CDL and Capital Construction Limited has finished 100% completion of two condo towers which are in the first two phase of GEMS Garden Condominiums Project. We’ve got a target of finishing the third and fourth towers by the end of this year, 2015. And we’re planning on to hand the units to its purchased customers in the first quarter of 2016. For the project in near future, we’re working on the phase 2 of the Capital City Project.”
Capital Development Limited (CDL) is a part of Capital Diamond Star Group (CDSG) making its business in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw from its Capital Hyper and Super Markets. CDL has completed Shwe Gone Dine Flyover Project and currently working on Myay Ni Gone Flyover at the same time together with GEMS Garden Condominiums Project.
