In a lot of major and fast developing cites, the overall master plan is always lagging behind its development. Master plans
either haven’t been completed or are being very slowly updated.
Therefore, in order to help and support ur- ban planners to manage and control a city’s planning, they require different tools which are collectively called “architecture parame- ters”.
These tools have become useful and helpful for a lot of existing cities where development is moving faster than the complicated proce- dures involved in master planning approval. Of the many management tools, architecture parameters are more easy to use to control and manage urban spaces. These parameters are related directly to every individual build- ing and can be mapped in an overall scale of the whole region.
