Bangkok Airways will launch a special promotion at the consumer travel fair “2nd Flight to Bangkok Celebrations”, organized in collaboration with Tourism Authority of Thailand, Siam Park, Safari World, Donna Tour and Bangkok Hospital. This event was held from July 6 to 8 at Diamond Plaza in Mandalay. The promotional fare will apply for international flights between Mandalay and Bangkok, Yangon and Bangkok, Mandalay and Chiang Mai, and Yangon and Chiang Mai. The fare is at $173 roundtrip (all inclusive) and tickets are available for purchase at the event. Travel period for this promotion is between July 9 and October 31.
B a n g k o k A i r w a y s h a s r e c e n t l y announced an addition of a non-stop flight between Mandalay and Bangkok bringing this route to 11 flights weekly. The additional flight service has started since July 1 in order to serve growing demands.
Bangkok Airways utilizes a 162-seater Airbus A320 aircraft on this route. The new outbound flight PG714 departs Mandalay International Airport at 19:10 and arrives Bangkok at 21:35. The new inbound flight PG713 departs Bangkok at 17:00 and arrives Mandalay International Airport at 18:25 on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
