Sales of Peninsula Residences Yangon has Started

Yoma Strategic Holdings and its partners, First Myanmar Investment Company and the Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels (HSH) have jointly announced the launch of sales for the Peninsula Residences Yangon on March 26, 2018.

The Peninsula Residences is a collection of 96 residential units and will consist of 26 foors comprising international standard, ready to stay, full-serviced apartments. Units will be two-bedroom, t h r e e – b e d r o o m , f o u r – b e d r o o m , Penthouse and Terrace Penthouse. It is on a 10-acre site in downtown Yangon at the junction of Sule Pagoda Road and Bogyoke Aung San Road. The project will be offcially called Yoma Central and include two offce towers, serviced apartments, retail space and two hotels, including a high-end Peninsula branded hotel, which will be located inside the old Burma Railways h e a d q u a r t e r s , one of Yangon’s most distinctive b u i l d i n g s . H e r i t a g e conservation is an essential part of the overall project.
