Pond’s (from Unilever Myanmar Limited) has officially launched the Pond’s Men Energy Charge product line on 6 October 2015 at Yangon’s Sedona Hotel. The exclusive launch event was attended by the brand’s celebrity ambassador-Thai Super Star from “PEE MAK” movie Mario Maurer, three Myanmar ambassadors Nine Nine (famous actor), Sithu Aung (football-player), Aung Htet (singer), Unilever brand representatives, A-list celebrities and invited guests.
Dr. Soe Win Oo, one of the top Myanmar dermatologists who joined the stage discussed the health needs of men’s skin, and the benefits of using a product like Pond’s Men with effective ingredient such as coffee bean extracts. “The Pond’s institute discovered that coffee bean extract is scientifically proven to have skin care benefits that revive and recharge dull, tired looking skin. Coffee bean in Pond’s men products also provide a rich source of anti-oxidants that protects skin from harsh environmental elements, boost face, while helping fight the damage caused by UV says,” said Dr. Soe Win Oo.
There were several fun games at the event such as a game called the “Energy Wheel”, which challenged the brand ambassadors to do a catwalk, sing, dance and perform for Pond’s Men Energy Charge Launched the audience.
