PARKROYAL Hotels and Resorts, managed by Pan Pacific Hotels Group appointed Mr Jean-Marc Poli as the new General Manager of PARKROYAL Yangon in Myanmar. Of dual French and Italian nationality, Jean-Marc is a hotelier with 28 years of operations and management experience across Europe and Asia, with a particular emphasis on Food and Beverage operations. Jean-Marc will be responsible for the operations and all-round performance of PARKROYAL Yangon. He will also have oversight of PARKROYAL Nay Pyi Taw, a picturesque 90-room hotel which opened last April in Myanmar’s Capital, Nay Pyi Taw. He has worked for prestigious and established hotel companies such as Hilton International, Meritus Hotels and Resorts, etc. He had worked in numerous countries including Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Spain, Italy and Maldives. Prior to Pan Pacific Hotels Group , Jean-Marc was General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Bahia in Costa de Sol, Spain where he led the 145- unit property of attain stronger financial profitability, operational efficiency and improved guest satisfaction rankings.
