On December 8, Pan Pacific Hotels Group officially opened its first Pan Pacific property in Yangon. The Pan Pacific Yangon will be the first truly international luxury five-star hotel in the Myanmar market with a fantastic location close to the city’s most legendary landmarks including Bogyoke Aung San Market, the Sule Pagoda and the Shwedagon Pagoda.

Pan Pacific Yangon will be head up by William Lau who comes from an extensive sales and marketing background which spanned nearly 20 years, where he accumulated a track record for driving excellent financial returns for Renaissance Hotels International and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
