Oway Ride, an app-based personal driver service, launched its “Ride and Roll” road show in Mandalay on February 11th. The Oway Ride team, together with MC Zin Moe, carried on the Oway truck’s mobile stage, invited customers to share in a variety of fun activities. Oway also offered branded T-shirts and 1,000,000 Kyats worth of promo codes during the activities. The truck started off from Mandalay University of Medicine at 9.00 a.m and stopped by the Zoological garden, Mandalay Hill, Mahamyatmuni Pagoda, Mingalar Mandalay, U Pain Bridge and the moat on the first day of the show. On the second day, the 12th, the truck started off from the Orange supermarket on 80 street and joined Mandalay roundabout, 78th road, 62nd road, Manawhayi road, Mandalay hill, Nanshae, and the moat. Prior to the event, Kyaw Min Swe, Senior Director (Head of Oway Ride) said “We are very excited to introduce Oway Ride to Mandalay citizens through such a fun experience. I am sure they will have a great time. We have around 400 active drivers in Mandalay at the moment, this means anyone in town can now enjoy an affordable, reliable and safe ride at the push of a button.”
