NCR Brings its Latest Innovations to Financial Institutions

On October 24, NCR corporation, a global leader in omni-channel solution unveiled its suite of integrated CxBanking solutions to help Financial Institutions (FIs) in Myanmar navigate digital and omni-channel transformations. The solutions will be available to FIs in Myanmar through NCR’s strategic partner Trustlink, one of the local system integrators providing solutions to banks and government bodies in Myanmar.

Equipped with NCR’s innovative CxBanking solutions, FIs will be able to offer customers the ability to seamlessly transact across multiple touch points while simultaneously improve speed of service, reduce downtime and bring greater branch efficiency and smarter staff deployments.

At the event, customers attending the event were provided a first-hand look at the latest in omni-channel banking solutions. NCR showcased Branch Transformation technologies including Interactive Banker, a tablet banking solution that allows banks to be closer to their customers through effective faceto-face interactions to drive efficient staff deployment and combine the benefits of full-service banking with the convenience of self service. NCR also showcased its innovative SelfServ 83 and 87 cash recycling ATMs. The deposited bank notes can then be made available to customers who wish to withdraw cash leading to reduced cash replenishment costs for banks and improved service availability for customers.

“Today’s consumers are increasingly moving towards utilizing multiple channels for interacting with service providers, and they expect always available and seamless interactions across these channels,” said Jose Resendiz, vice president & general manager, NCR Financial Services. “This has led us to focus on the next generation of online and mobile services to complement traditional person-toperson interactions, creating an ‘always available’ 24/7 banking environment that is highly secure and allows customers to manage transactions wherever and however they choose to do so”.

Thurein Htun, Managing Director of Trustlink said “Knowing customer requirements and anticipating future trends remains our mission. The strategic association with NCR to distribute their world leading technological innovations will enable us to help FI’s in Myanmar to seamlessly connect physical and digital channels for higher efficiency, security, growth and to deliver personalized experiences to its customers,”
