Heineken Myanmar launched Tiger Black, the first black lager in Myanmar. Brewed with black rice from the fields of Asia, Tiger Black is a premium variant of the acclaimed Tiger Beer.
“Tiger Black demonstrates our commitment to innovation, to giving consumers international choices. It is for Myanmar millennials who are always looking to try something more exciting, something bolder,” said Pattapanee Ekahitanond (Kaitoon), Marketing Director of Heineken Myanmar. “Tiger Black is uniquely-placed to satisfy gamechangers who want the best of both worlds: it has a darker colour and toasty aroma but with the smooth, refreshing taste of a lager. It’s bold with a bite – really great for a night out and to enjoy with your friends,” she added.
At 5.5 percent alcohol by volume (ABV), Tiger Black is bold and refreshing with a bite. Ideal for higher-energy occasions, Tiger Black is iconic of the Asian gamechanger, the “bold guy” who is confident and courageously pursuing his passion and ambition. Tiger Black was launched at an exclusive event at Eclipse Bar in Yangon. It is brewed and bottled in Myanmar and is now available at supermarkets, bars and restaurants throughout the country. It comes in a 330 ml bottle and a 330 ml can, as well as served as draught.
