Coca-Cola presented its 2018 FIFA World Cup official partnership, unveiling the local on-ground activities ahead of the world’s most followed football tournament, running from June 14 to July 15 in Russia. An exclusivelylaunched anthem, special collectible edition packaging and other exciting events are ready to build-up Myanmar‘s excitement about the global celebration of football. The brand is inviting Myanmar fans to get #ReadyFor the 2018 FIFA World Cup and be part of a global celebration across all channels, including a soundtrack to make their football occasions with family and friends even more special. The upbeat song ‘Colors’, Coca-Cola’s international anthem for the tournament by the American singer Jason Derulo, has now been exclusively adapted to Myanmar, teaming up with the local artists Ah Moon and Ar-T.
“The FIFA World Cup celebrates once every four years football and music, and represents a global cultural and social phenomenon with an outstanding role in bringing people around the world closer in a common ground of optimism and togetherness. These values are intrinsically linked to Coca-Cola and we could not miss the opportunity to invite Myanmar to connect, savor and enhance all the 2018 FIFA World Cup moments with family and friends together with Coca-Cola”, explained Rehan Khan, General Manager of CocaCola Myanmar.
