Chevrolet’s Complete Care Program

Chevrolet affirmed its dedication to caring for local vehicle buyers with the introduction of the Complete Care program for new and existing customers. The comprehensive aftersales program, developed to offer more than what Chevrolet owners expect, provides a wide range of services.

There include a warranty for up to five years or 100,000 km for new Chervolet buyers, 24/7 roadside assistance, maintenance servicing by Chevrolet-certified technicians and royalty program.

“Chevrolet has a lineup of high-value, high-quality vehicles, including Spark, Spin, Cruze, Malibu, Captiva, Trailblazer, Colorado. With complete care, we are delivering an outstanding ownership experience to Chevrolet’s Complete Care Program match,” said Dr Saw Nwe Nwe, Executive Director of Pacific Alpine.

Beyond just introducing new customer-oriented services, Chevrolet is reinforcing its commitment to continuously improve its dealer network in Myanmar. All Chevrolet service centres are equipped with a complete range of equipment and analytical systems to carry out maintenance and repairs. In addition, Chevrolet provides extensive training for all service personnel, from technicians to call centre employees.

Dr Saw Nay Nwe added, “Our ultimate objective is to drive Cheverolet authorized service centres to deliver manufacturing-standard service and to ensure transparency in our service procedures for the peace of mind of our loyal customers.”
