BMW X6 launched in Myanmar

BMW Asia and Prestige Automobiles launched its second-generation BMW X6 on March 7th after the first-generation X6 reached a sale of about 260,000 units around the world. Mr. Chan Mya of Prestige Automobiles said, “The new BMW X6 offers a majestic performance with noticeably greater dynamic ability at a reduced fuel consumption rate by as much as 22 percent thanks to BMW Efficient Dynamic features.” He continued, “It is also powered by the intelligent all-wheel drive system BMW xDrive, which optimizes traction, directional stability and cornering dynamics as the situation requires.” PrestigeAutomobileswasgiventheofficial permit of distributing BMW in Myanmar in December 2013. The showroom and Service center was launched on November 15th of last year 2014 and started introducing BMW motorcars in the country officially for the first time. The Prestige Automobile is one of the subsidiaries of Octagon International Services which is the distributor of commercial buses and heavy machineries from a number of international brands such as Scania, Liebherr and Kone.
